DO YOU KNOW WHAT TRAINING YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB THAT YOU WANT? WHAT ARE YOUR BARRIERS THAT PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT? COME ON OUT TO HELP YOUR COMMUNITY DEVELOP A TRAINING PLAN FOR THIS UPCOMING YEAR. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR VALUABLE INPUT.

This project is to support community convening to identify and pursue immediate skills training, employment and business opportunities associated with LNG pipeline development and other related resource development initiatives for Burns Lake Band, Nee Tahi Buhn Band, Skin Tyee First Nation and Wet’suwet’en First Nation communities over the next year.

We are looking forward to your input on developing very focused plans that address the immediate skills training needs of each of those communities as outlined above. Facilitation of both IMPORTANT meetings by Lawney Chabot, LaKeCoRe Management & Training. iPad DOOR PRIZES AVAILABLE. $25 FUEL GIFT CARDS WILL GIVEN TO ALL PARTICIPATING MEMBERS OF BURNS LAKE BAND, NEE TAHI BUHN, SKIN TYEE FIRST NATION & WET’SUWET’EN FIRST NATION (MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE ALL DAY). Member Nations are invited to both meetings, questionnaires will be provided to those who were not able to make the meeting.
